Greeters must be at least 18 years old.
You must be organized:
good record keeping and good penmanship.
A friendly demeanor must come standard:
Smile, make a quick compliment, tell a light joke make them feel welcome.
Treat your new homeowners like you would treat your favorite family member or friend.
So think of it this way memorize a 30 second door script, add your smile, a kind word of welcome with some personality, and it will make the difference between a wallet full of CASH or just enough to get by.
Youll also need some basic math skills, the desire to work as part of a team to meet goals, enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to get things done.
