Call Center Manager
Call Center Sales Manager About the Job Real Marketing Services, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Call Center Sales Manager to manage the overall day-to-day activities, functions, processes, and performance accountabilities for its agents/clients.
The Call Center Sales Managers will direct an existing outbound call center and will also lead and mentor staff with the strongest emphasis on sales.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage a full-time staff of call center sales agents.
Develop sales agents to ensure that all sales goals are met / exceeded.
Use data-driven sales reports to optimize telemarketing efforts for sales team.
Communicate and implement call center strategies as directed Ongoing self-development / growth of business skills, call center operations, and sales techniques Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to by sales staff, supervisors and management team Collaborate with Senior Executives in the development of call center technology and performance metrics Work with Senior Executives to forecast and direct the staffing plan to ensure optimum calling efficiencies Maximize profitability by increasing sales and effectively managing sales agents Counsel direct reports in job performance and professional development and prepare employee performance evaluations Requirements / Qualifications Ability to set clear direction and to assist in train others in a telemarketing / telesales environment Computer proficiency in MS Office Strong planning and problem solving skills Ability to communicate sales goals to sales agents and other direct reports Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Benefits This position allows room for growth contingent upon sales quota being reached weekly and monthly.
Upon this being fulfilled, higher pay ranges will be offered, only with consistent monthly sales.
Also, this is a SALES MANAGEMENT position in a CALL CENTER, please only apply if you have sales management experience .
