Summary:
The purpose of this position is to receive, put away, pick and ship product within a distribution center.
The Operations Team Member is responsible for maintaining quality by properly and safely handling the product using customer focused distribution.
The activities performed by a Team Member are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics.

Responsibilities:
Perform tasks in other areas as assigned by the Operations Coach Perform tasks to achieve inventory accuracy and quality targets while implementing customer-focused distribution Achieve or exceed personal performance targets by performing assigned on-standard tasks efficiently and effectively Learn new skills and become certified in multiple areas in order to rotate within the facility III.

High school diploma or GED equivalent Basic math and reading comprehension Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Approaches change optimistically; adapts quickly and maintains proficiency in changing work environments Communicates and listens effectively Can perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment Able to read and follow instructions and take directions from others Ability to work independently as well as with a team Highly motivated to Operation's success; goal-oriented Preferred

Familiarity with distribution center operations; previous warehouse experience Previous power equipment experience (e.
g.
