Lead Artisan Baker (Highlands)
Position:
Lead Artisan Baker with experience in commercial/wholesale volume and retail artisan goods from scratch.
Must possess strong business acumen, play the key role in production, quality and consistency, be responsible for staff training, and for directing the company's fresh artisan business growth.
A firm understanding of bakery production methods including mixing, make up, and baking is essential.
This is a hands on management position, for someone who thrives in a high energy environment.

Minimum 4 years artisan baking experience.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to give and take direction.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and problem solve.
Understand bakers' percentage.
Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.
of goods/product with long hours on feet/legs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
