The Castle is seeking qualified applicants for our opening team
servers, back servers, runners, hosts, bartenders, bar backs, cocktail servers, line cooks, production cooks, and stewards.
All positions require a passion for food, beverage and delivering an unmatched level of hospitality.
We expect a positive attitude, self leadership, ability to work well with others, poise under pressure, high energy levels and advanced knowledge of food, wine, spirits and beer.
In addition you must:
Have at least 2-3 years of verifiable experience in a fine chef driven restaurant.
(Chains and QSR do not qualify) Have ability to work any shift.
Have professional references.
Be able to complete a demanding training program.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
