Compensation:
$46,000 - $75,000 - ($11/Hr PLUS 8% of Brokers Sales) Your Role:

Coordinate day to day of the Broker Schedule appointments and organize calendar Prepare & implement marketing campaigns Execute all delegated task daily Assist with meetings Coordinate and implement Action Plans Handle correspondence with clients and vendors Review real estate contracts Respond to inquiries Run Errands Show Listed Properties Correspond on interest with active broker listings Coordinate marketing efforts of commercial listings Be present in new client meetings to collect info Social Media Implementation Follow up on Leads generated by company and schedule appointments Visit properties, photograph, evaluate, build Offering Memorandum Website maintenance Fast paced and your day to day will differ depending on assignments and goals set for the week/month.

Requirements:
Must be highly skilled on a computer.
You will be tested on your abilities Must have a car, a smart phone and Lap Top (mac preferably) Experience in Real Estate Industry Experience in executive support Must be a Smart / Fast learner / Multi-tasker Must be extremely organized & punctual Must have GA Real Estate License Must have knowledge of real estate contracts Must ALWAYS maintain positive attitude Must have clean GA Driver's License Must live within 20 Minutes drive of Alpharetta Must be available to attend client/brokerage related events occasionally.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
