Responsibilities:
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines using critical path method.
Successfully completes all aspects of project estimate including, budget, scope, schedule and risk mitigation to project closure Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with owners and design professionals.
Manage superintendents and coordinate work of subcontractors.
Confer with superintendents, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Negotiate buyouts and select subcontractors.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and scopes of work for contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate change orders and process RFI's.
Evaluate subcontractor payment applications and schedule of values.
Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Commercial or Industrial Construction Project Manager a plus Familiarity and understanding of Site work is a major plus Proven capacity to manage multiple projects:
to successfully execute the scope, schedule, and budget, while also anticipating and minimizing risks Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to set and meet high quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice while managing multiple projects Must display strong leadership skills and personal accountability.
Basic knowledge of IBC, OSHA, and field construction practices Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Aquatic knowledge a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
