Evening/Night PT Cleaning Job Gainesville 985 Exit 20

This position is 5 nights a week M-F or Sun-Thur.
This is position is 4 hrs per night for one person or 2 person team (2X2).
Perfect position for husband/wife team or family members.
Also great for someone comfortable with working alone.
Bust be able to use a backpack vacuum.
Must be reliable and independent.
Position open 360clean is looking for a PT Cleaner:
General thorough cleaning of offices,hallways, amenities and rest rooms.
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming & pulling trash in offices, cafeterias & rest rooms.
Cleaning/scrubbing sinks, urinals, walls & toilets in restrooms.
Other general thorough janitorial cleaning as well as maintaining all duties throughout the shift.
Must have reliable transportation-no exceptions- time sensitive hours Must be able to read/write Must be able to speak clearly and interact with corporate staff.
Must be able to lift a min.
of 50 lbs.
A lot of walking is required for this position Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Must be competent and can work with minimal supervision.
Must have clean cut and professional appearance.
No visible tattoos or unkempt appearance We check references Must pass a drug screen Previous janitorial experience a plus Bilingual a plus EOE :
