Busy Bar/Restaurant seeks Kitchen Manager
High volume bar and restaurant is looking for a kitchen manger.
This position is very demanding and requires a high skill.
Applicant must have experience in kitchen management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory and ordering - Hiring/staffing/scheduling - Menu preparation and development - Weekly and daily specials - Staff training and communication - Ability to retain staff and further knowledge and advancement - This is full time and a minimum of 50 hours/week.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
