Description:
Service Technician Requirements:
Be Proficient in repairing Computers, Laptops, Tablets, IPads, IPods & Phones.
Be willing to learn or already have the know how to repair Game Consoles.
We are looking for people that are friendly, motivated, hard working, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
Service Technician Job Duties:
Arrive at work on time, in the proper attire, ready to work.
Dress, act, and communicate in a professional manner.
Be courteous and professional when dealing with customers.
Follow procedures for selling services and products.
Obtain proficiency in screw-based repairs on all smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Obtain proficiency in glue-based repairs on all smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Obtain proficiency in heat-based repairs on all smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Perform duties related to the daily business of Wave Media Devices assigned by the Management team.
Ability to log customers in, input accurate, complete notes.
Give status of all open work orders; be able to close out work orders, collect payment, Skills/
Qualifications:
Technical Skills for Electronic Component Repairs, People Skills, Initiative, Customer Focus, Emphasizing Excellence, Excellent Computer Skills, Problem Solving Skills, and Good Communication Skills.
Technicians must be able to perform in at least 3 fieds of each type of service repair.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
