Summary:
Must be at least 30 years of age with 3--5 years of Restaurant Experience and 2-3 years of verifiable years proven management capability. Responsibilities include:
-Train and manage performance functions to
ensure that the company's specified criteria is meant. -Ensures the daily execution of the Mission Statement and Core Values. -Complies with company policies, practices and procedures and communicates all changes to team members. -Involved in local store marketing efforts. -Must know how to cook wings.
