What can you expect during your career at Climate Express? EQUIPMENT:
2012-2014 safe, reliable, and well maintained Volvo 670 s Every one of our 160 tractors is assigned.
Pull 53ft road worthy vans and reefers that won t get turned away at the customer.
Auxiliary power units on all trucks and scales.
SAFELY ASSIGNED LOADS:
We assign loads that our drivers can safely deliver, within the parameters of the law.
If you can t make it legally, don t do it! We have a good DOT rating and we want our drivers to have one too!! We work hard so you can safely maintain a 3000 mile week average.
Most loads are pick-up and deliver.
No additional stops.
HOME TIME:
When we tell you that you re going home, you go home! Drivers in our freight lanes get home every 10-12 day s.
Some drivers get home weekly on drive through.
This is especially true throughout MO and on lanes between Missouri & Dallas or MO and Denver, CO.
No gimmicks.
We pay you LOADED or EMPTY.
We don t shortchange you on short miles, we PAY PRACTICAL MILES.
Plus, Climate drivers also get detention, layover, and multi-stop pay.
