Restaurant Manager/ Huddle House
Experience in short order cooking required, some management experience preferred but not required.
Must be eager to learn, follow instructions, and work well with others.
Full hands on train as you work program! -Leads by example as primary Day shift cook -Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew members - Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards - Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of employee handbook, policies and practices - Performs daily sales, cost, and accounting duties - Prepares employee work schedules; monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to staffing levels - Monitors and maintains inventory levels.
Places orders for food, paper and other supplies within cost control procedures - Completes and maintains employment related records - Reinforces a customer service focus and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
- Interview and hire crew and management team members to achieve proper staffing levels - Prepare all necessary operational reports.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
