Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of bacteriology, microbiology, or applicable food science fields is required.
Experience writing technical reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is required.
Demonstrated experience dealing with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.
,) in its most difficult phases is required.
Working knowledge of and experience working with cGMPs is required.
Knowledge of FDA recommended procedures (Bacteriological Analytical Methods) or equivalent test methods is preferred.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills as demonstrated through prior performance achievements is required.
