Summary :
Maintain customer satisfaction by leading/training inspectors; organizing and monitoring work flow, maintaining a safe work environment and keeping accurate data.
Qualifications:

years previous leadership or supervisory experience preferably in a Manufacturing or Production environment Knowledge and demonstrable practical application of Lean manufacturing models, processes and applications Ability to maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills as well as adaptability and the desire to make a difference Superior team leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills Responsibilities include :
Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing systems, policies, and procedures Performs product audits Enters time and data into automated system in an accurate and timely fashion Develops clearly defined work instructions with customer approval Maintains staff by training employees; developing personal growth opportunities Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; implementing cost reductions; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between internal and external customers Completes assigned activities by monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift summaries Maintains collaborative relationship with the Customer through communication and cooperation Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed MS Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer Click here to apply.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
