91290 Description Summary of Job Function Essential Responsibilities Oversees review of deliverables from the relevant TSYS processes (i.

, Service Center, Options, TMM, CDMET, and File Transfer) for content, accuracy, and potential system impacts.
Serves as escalation point and has overall accountability for team members' work.
Represents the department in various focus groups and Six Sigma Teams.
Consults on approach to client billing for services and on:
going products or features.
May present recommendations to the Pricing Committee, Investment Decision Council or other approving bodies.
Approves approach to revenue generation for projects, products and features.
May present recommendations to the Pricing Committee, Investment Decision Council or other approving bodies.
Plans annual budget for cost center to include employment expense, client travel, and tools and resources needed to maintain high level of client service.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exhibit characteristics that align with corporate leadership and core values.
Listen well and utilize information.
Ensure meaningful performance evaluation meetings and documentation.
Understand the clients' business and collaborate with the clients to meet their objectives.
