Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to Owners Schedule:
Full Time Compensation:
$36,000 - $40,000 based on experience and credentials
Job Description:
On a daily basis, the office manager will be responsible for tasks including:
regular accounting to ensure timely payment of accounts payables and accounts receivables, Client s invoicing and estimating (using QuickBooks) regular communication with company accountant / bookkeeper supporting and assisting owners in communicating with company clients, vendors, bookkeepers and employees.
Managing and organizing of the office and filing system, computer files, client and vendor database.
Managing the recording of company employee s work hours for bi-monthly payroll Working with the team to communicate needs regarding orders, deliveries, productions and installations of floral , event and garden design areas of the company, representing the brand of Le Jardin Francais to our current and prospective clients.
Possibly assisting with networking events and the retail boutique.
Skills required to fulfill this position:
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal Accounting and business management skills Ability to Multi-Task and work in a fast paced environment Proficiency with QuickBooks is a must ( DO NOT APPLY if no QuickBooks experience), Expertise with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Facebook & drop box and computers in general.
Detail oriented and organized Strong Customer Service Skills Good Team player Experience Requirements Relevant college degree and/or 3 years minimum of administrative experience Experience in the floral, event, garden and/ or design industry strongly desired Desirable characteristics in this person:
Self-motivated Detail oriented Flexible Passionate about our company products and services Professional Honest Punctual Knows how to play Violin Has Good manners Ethical Hard-Working About Le Jardin Francais:
