As a Partner Practice Manager, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to create and execute on a strategic Professional Services partner sales territory plan, inclusive of marketing, enablement and partner solution demand from aligned customers.
You will be responsible for driving Professional Services partner sales revenue in aligned territory through co-selling with partners, regular partner pipeline management, opportunity registration and business reviews.
You will be advising customers and Professional Services Teams on the value of partners, how to best engage partners, and recommending the most relevant partners for specific customer Professional Services opportunities.
You will serve as the partner subject matter expert, developing and growing field relationships between partners, customers and the Professional Services Teams.
You will be managing Professional Services deal execution with partners, utilizing Professional Services relevant partner programs, partner opportunity attach tracking and ensure cross functional team (AWS Partner Teams and AWS Sales Teams) alignment to ensure partners are delivering technically validated and quality customer solutions.
This role will also be responsible for collaborating with Professional Services Leaders to pull together relevant offers for the local market and coaching partners on what is required for success in their territory.
The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them engage at the CXO level, and a Professional Services sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and field sales reps.
You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions through consulting services.
Key
Responsibilities:
Have a holistic view of the Partner Community in a local market, a deep understanding of the partner capabilities and solutions that will delight customers.
Develop and Organize ProServe related partner education and account planning sessions within the territory Expand existing AWS footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
Become a trusted member of the Professional Services sales team in the assigned district(s) to own deal execution with partners, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.
Work closely with Partner Success Managers (PSM) to understand the area's Partner Community, Partner Solution Architects (PSA) to ensure partners deliver quality results and work with Partner Development Managers (PDM) on engaging their partners in the local market.
Align with the Professional Services leadership and delivery teams closely within the area of focus.
This is a customer facing role.
You be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services when needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
