Today, we are providing a meal solution that improves food quality AND access where kids learn and play.
Our food services support local vendors AND remove all the pain points for school administrators and parents when it comes to supplying nutritious and tasty meals to kids.
Since launching a pilot in Spring 2018 in Charlottesville, VA, we have expanded rapidly now serving multiple markets along the East Coast.
We have aggressive growth plans backed by experienced venture capital partners in the Education and Food Tech space, and we are excited about creating change in how our kids eat today.

About the RoleThis is an exciting new position at Yay Lunch as we grow and change our inventory management across our company.
It will be responsible for overseeing our first wave of warehouse setups and operations, including training other staff members.
This a 100% onsite position, in the Buckhead area.
As Warehouse Lead, You Will:
Manage your local warehouse and replenishment plans for regional schoolsInventory managementOrdering Receiving Storing Sanitation LogisticsOversee Regional DispatchMonitor routes in entire regionCommunicate with drivers to ensure on time deliveryInform schools of potential delaysBe in contact with vendors on production issuesUpdate backend to ensure proper logging of timesBe responsible for nearby school logisticsIn-person ops representation as neededStandard lunch delivery oversight Inventory distribution You must be:
Quick to resolve problemsAvailable to travel 30% of the timeStrong logistics experiencePeople-oriented with a focus on driving team engagementDetailed oriented
hyper-organized, meeting business objectivesCollaborative and willing to jump in and take on any jobAble to stay calm under pressureYou must have:
Warehouse experienceProficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Word, Hangout, etc.
