Dispatch service calls Follow up with tech/service discrepancies Monitor contractor's performance and ensures timely completion of project Maintains positive relationship with all customers Responsible for executing, implementing and achieving all goals determent by upper management Dispatcher Skills and
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years dispatching or equivalent tasks.
Very detail oriented Strong Multi-tasking skills Strong customer service skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills Availability:
Must be available 6 days per week (including evenings, Saturday and Sunday).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
