143251) AutoTrader Group Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Initiates appropriate action including maintaining a strong external/internal customer focus.
-Completes specific assignments that may require attendance at and documentation of meetings.
-Prepares expense reports, memoranda, reports, spreadsheets and presentations, which may require the gathering of data from internal and/or external sources.
-Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel, both domestic and international.
-Arrange travel and all accommodations including comprehensive and detailed itineraries.
-Responsible for overall calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings -Produces accurately and timely information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
-Attends staff meetings, records minutes and creates a summary of the meeting, highlighting the significant issues, distributing meeting minutes and documents, as assigned.
-Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
-Integrate into and work with other assistants in support of ATG executive team.
-Serve as a backup for other assistants, as necessary.
-Perform other general administrative tasks, e.

, faxing and ordering supplies.
-Handle correspondence, including typing and drafting letters, memoranda and contracts, as appropriate.
-Organize and maintain files/records on all matters, as appropriate.
-Act as a liaison with internal and external business units.
-Assist with internal communications to Media Division and other ATG employees.
-Assist with and/or coordinate various Media Division/ATG meetings, social events, department agendas, conferences and client meetings, as assigned.
-Manage special projects, as assigned.
-Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications -Minimum of 8 years administrative support experience, including 5 years supporting at the executive level.
-High School diploma or equivalent required.
Some completed higher education a plus.
-Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills.
-Demonstrated expert level of computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
-Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
Ability to build coalitions and alliances across the enterprise.
-Proven ability to demonstrate high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
-Demonstrated ability and experience to work successfully in a high work volume, fast:
paced and matrixed environment.
-Demonstrated ability and experience to maintain and build relationships, working collaboratively in a team environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
