About the role:
The PeopleSoft Development Manager role is responsible for developing software applications using sound, repeatable, industry best practices and in accordance with GMs software development project methodology.
The PeopleSoft Development Manager will lead the design and development PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Learning (ELM) modules.
Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience :
7:
10 years' experience implementing PeopleSoft or other ERP packages in large, global organizations :
Working knowledge of People Tools, Application Designer, SQL, Integration Broker, PS Query and PS Security :
Hands:
on development experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ELM modules :
Involvement with at least one major PeopleSoft upgrade :
Good understanding of PeopleSoft data structures and performance tuning :
Ability to work in a high paced, multiple vendors global environments :
Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills, with strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to their requirements Preferred
Qualifications:

Experience with other ERPs and/or integration of PeopleSoft HCM with an ERP Payroll system :
Preferred experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, or waterfall development and project methodologies :
Preferred experience and familiarity with IT best practices (e.
g.
, CMMI, ISO9000, ITIL, COBIT) and their implications relative to repeatable software development :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
