South Main Kitchen is currently seeking a Sous Chef.
This is a key position in our restaurant and we're seeking the best of the best! Position Requirements:
Responsible for maintaining food quality and ensuring guest satisfaction Verifies that all portion sizes, a quality standard, department rules, polices, and procedures are maintained by kitchen team members.
Verifies that all sanitation and nutrition practices maintained by kitchen employees.
Motivating team to complete the food preparation process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability Leading your team in promoting quality first, sanitation standards and recipe adherence Set standards and maintain food presentation quality in the outlet at all times Motivate staff and maintain discipline at all times Receive all goods and ensure that they meet company quality specifications and reject those items that do not Ensure that standard recipes are being followed at all times In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations Capability of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner Ability to create standard recipes Flexible and long hours sometimes required Ability to educate and demonstrate fundamental and advanced cooking skills Think you're a good fit for this position? Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
